Terms of Service
1. Who we are
ProBodhi AI Private Limited (“ProBodhi”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a private limited company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013.

We operate www.probodhi.com (the “Service”), an adaptive learning platform for Class 10 students of Mathematics and Science, supporting CBSE and State Board curricula.
2. What ProBodhi is
ProBodhi is a calm diagnostic learning tool. It provides:
- Subtopic-level lessons aligned with the NCERT 2026-27 syllabus
- Spot tests and chapter tests with adaptive feedback
- Mastery tracking and chapter-level diagnostics
- Personalised study guidance based on your test results
ProBodhi is not a substitute for school instruction, teachers, or human tutors. It does not provide live tutoring, doubt forums, or one-to-one chat with educators.
3. Eligibility and parental consent
ProBodhi is intended for students preparing for the Class 10 board examination — under CBSE or State Boards — and is typically used by individuals aged 14 to 17.
If you are under 18 years of age, you may only use the Service with the explicit consent of your parent or legal guardian. By creating an account and clicking “I have read and agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy”, you and your parent or guardian confirm that:
- Your parent or guardian has read these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy
- Your parent or guardian consents to your registration on ProBodhi
- Your parent or guardian consents to our processing your personal data and learning data as described in our Privacy Policy
- You and your parent or guardian understand the nature of the Service
Your parent or guardian remains responsible for supervising your use of the Service and may withdraw consent at any time by writing to support@probodhi.com, in which case we will close your account and delete your data as set out in our Privacy Policy.
4. Your account
To use most features of ProBodhi you must create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and current information at registration
- Keep your account credentials confidential
- Use the Service only through your own account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account
We may suspend or terminate accounts that contain false information or are used in breach of these Terms.
5. Subscriptions and payment
ProBodhi is offered in tiers:
- Free — limited access to selected chapters
- Plus — full annual access to all chapters and core features
- Pro — Plus features plus advanced personalisation (where available)
Subscriptions are one-time annual payments and do not auto-renew. Pricing is shown on our pricing page and applies in Indian Rupees, inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We do not store your card or banking details. Razorpay’s terms govern the payment transaction itself.
6. Refunds and cancellation
Refund eligibility, timelines, and procedure are set out in our Refund and Cancellation Policy. The Refund Policy forms part of these Terms.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use ProBodhi for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to access another user’s account or our systems without authorisation
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or copy our lessons, tests, or platform code
- Resell, redistribute, or commercialise our content
- Upload content that is unlawful, defamatory, abusive, or infringes the rights of others
- Use automated tools to interact with the Service in ways that interfere with normal use
8. Intellectual property
All content on ProBodhi — including lessons, test questions, explanations, study plans, designs, logos, and source code — is owned by ProBodhi or licensed to us. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable right to access this content for your own learning during the subscription period. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.
The NCERT curriculum and textbooks referenced are the copyright of the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT). ProBodhi’s lessons reference and align with the NCERT syllabus but are not published by, endorsed by, or affiliated with NCERT or any board of education, including the Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) or any State Board.
9. No warranties
We provide ProBodhi on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that:
- The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times
- Use of ProBodhi will result in any particular examination outcome
- Our content is free from typographical, factual, or pedagogical errors
- The Service will meet every individual learner’s specific needs
We will make reasonable efforts to maintain accuracy and uptime, and to correct errors when notified.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Indian law, our total liability to you under or in connection with these Terms — for any cause — is limited to the amount you have paid to ProBodhi in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of marks, missed academic opportunities, or loss of data.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud or for any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Termination
You may close your account at any time by writing to support@probodhi.com. On closure we will delete your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, retaining only what is required for tax, accounting, or legal records.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms, attempt to harm the Service, or use it fraudulently. Where reasonably possible we will give notice and an opportunity to remedy before termination.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continued use of the Service after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
13. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
